Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to mentor and coach individuals looking for guidance in their professional lives.

Whether it was helping them understand their next move or coaching startup founders, I enjoyed the process of giving back my time and experience to others in their own career journeys.

At this moment, I’ve decided to help others in two specific areas:

• those in the games industry looking for mentoring from an experienced professional
• those aged 45 and over who feel they’ve hit a wall and are unsure what to do next

For those working in the games industry, I mentor through Limit Break, a mentorship program aimed at marginalised people working in the UK games industry. If you’d like to be mentored by me or another professional, then I’d recommend signing up and searching for a mentor who would suit your goals. I’m happy to help where I can on a 1-2-1 basis, but would prefer to go through Limit Break in the first instance.

For those older career professionals looking for a major change or career pivot and need some guidance, coaching, or to talk to someone who has made the leap into the unknown and survived, then I’m happy to chat and help.

Making career changes, however small or large, can be extremely daunting. Even understanding what the next step in your career is and how to get there can seem impossible to fathom until it’s discussed openly and laid out before you.

Sometimes the smallest detail you haven’t considered is the one that makes the breakthrough.
